I have started this blog because being 30 sucks! It might not suck for you, but it sucks for me. I always thought at 30 I would be married, have kids, have a house, and not be working because I am raising the kids. Instead I am still working and I love it (!), I don't even have a boyfriend much less a husband and kids, and I failed Condo 101. For six months I have been trying to buy a condo and the deal has still not gone through. My grandpa just died, and my cats don't get along. I think I gained two pounds and I may have a hemroid. I still get zits! Thirty sucks big time. So in an effort to share my story, I am going to blog about it.

I am trying to find a boyfriend, in order to be proactive about how much this sucks. The bad date stories have gotten to be too funny! I want to write a book about bad dating, but I need more stories. If you have them, send them my way!
